Dr. Ashley Moffett Azevedo
Dr. Azevedo, a Lake Charles native, graduated from Barbe High School and earned her Bachelors Degree in Biological Sciences from Louisiana State University, graduating with honors. She worked for 2 years at an inner-city middle school in North Philadelphia with Americorps before returning to Louisiana to attend the L.S.U. School of Dentistry in New Orleans.

While she was in dental school she met a California surfer, Ben, who was attending medical school at Tulane. They married and moved back to Lake Charles to grow their family. They have 3 boys (Zeke, Walker, and Eli), a daughter (Pipa), and a family dog (Bella). Dr. Azevedo spends her spare time enjoying family, travel, music, and great food. She is fascinated by dentistry and has a passion for bringing the best care to her patients. Dr. Azevedo strives to continue learning new, cutting-edge techniques to provide the highest quality dentistry.
